Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Blindl's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Event Participation

Participation in Blindl events is subject to the following conditions:

  • You must be 18 years of age or older
  • You must provide accurate information in your application
  • You must follow our Code of Conduct at all times
  • You must respect other participants and staff
  • You may not record or photograph other participants without consent

3. Payment and Refunds

Our refund policy is as follows:

  • Full refund up to 7 days prior to the event
  • Name changes allowed up to 48 hours before the event
  • No refunds for no-shows or late cancellations
  • Refunds processed within 5-7 business days

Niche social experiences with limited, curated seating — such as our invite-only social nights — are all sales final. No makeups, refunds, or cancellations are accepted for those events.

4. Event Changes and Cancellations

Blindl reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel events due to circumstances beyond our control. In case of cancellation, we will provide a full refund or offer to transfer your ticket to a future event.

5. Limitation of Liability

Blindl shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or loss of data.

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law. We may share limited information with event partners only as necessary to organize events.

4. Data Security

We implement appropriate security measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide our services and comply with legal obligations. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

  • Report any concerns to staff immediately

Prohibited Behavior

  • Harassment, discrimination, or intimidation of any kind
  • Inappropriate physical contact without consent
  • Recording or photographing others without permission
  • Disruptive or disrespectful behavior
  • Sharing personal information of other participants
  • Any behavior that makes others feel unsafe or uncomfortable

Consequences

Violations of this Code of Conduct may result in:

  • Warning and education about appropriate behavior
  • Removal from the current event
  • Ban from future events
  • Legal action if behavior constitutes a crime

Reporting

If you experience or witness any violations of this Code of Conduct, please report it immediately to event staff or contact us at safety@blindl.com. All reports will be taken seriously and investigated promptly.
